Maria is a native of Tracy, MN and graduated from Minnesota State Mankato. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Management with a minor in Finance and Business Administration. She joined Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 2007. Maria and her husband Ramon, along with their daughter Maya reside in North Mankato, MN. In Maria's spare time she enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, running, and spending time with family and friends.

Doug joined Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 1984 as a college representative while attending Minnesota State University, Mankato. Doug earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Insurance/Real Estate. Doug currently resides in North Mankato, MN with his wife, Rachel, and their children, Steven, Allison, Derek, Jenna and Matthew. Miranda Paskach
Recruiter/Intern Coordinator
Miranda is originally from Pella, Iowa, and graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato in December of 2010. She has Bachelors of Science degree in Human Resource Management and minor in Business Administration. She joined Northwestern Mutual in January of 2011 as Campus Recruiting Intern. She joined Colby’s team full time in May as a Recruiter and Intern Coordinator. Miranda and her husband Sean enjoy spending time with their families and friends, and traveling.

Jen has been with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network since 2004. She grew up on a farm near Belview, MN and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Business Administration. Jen holds both her insurance license and securities registration. Jen and her husband Curt, along with their son Jack reside in Franklin, MN. Jen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, fishing and volunteering as an EMT on the Franklin Ambulance.

Cheryl joined Doug's practice in 1993 as an Administrative Assistant and has been with Northwestern Mutual since 1987. Cheryl resides in North Mankato with her husband Terry, and sons Kyle and Nathan. She enjoys spending time with her family and attending her sons' many sporting events.
